Simon provided excellent service and was friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and left the kitchen clean and tidy after fitting the new drum and motor to my hotpoint washing machine. He even went out of his way to give me advice on another appliance in my kitchen which in the long run will save me a lot of money. I am left with a washing machine as good as new and am very impressed all round!

I called Simon this morning (Sunday) as my dryer broke. He told me what the problems could be and also gave my an idea of prices over the phone (which I was very happy with). He was at my house within 20 mins and had the problem sorted within minutes of being here. I was so pleased with his work, how nice he is, how quickly he came out and also how cheap he was. I have and would recommend him to anyone who has appliance faults. Thank you Simon.

Brilliant... talked it all through, we had our oven delivered and then HDS was so felxible and then it was all sorted... old oven removed and new one done in under an hr... local tradesmen at its best!!
